If you haven’t heard of Joe Rogan, its time to crawl out from under that rock. Just kidding.
Joe Rogan is a celebrity who is actively involved in MMA and the UFC, his short bio on his website joerogan.com describes him as:
stand up comic, mixed martial arts fanatic, psychedelic adventurer, host of the joe rogan experience podcast
He’s all that and much much more!
I was lucky enough to meet him a few years back after I went to watch him perform a comedy set in LA while I was attending the bulletproof conference. We got chatting for a few minutes about life, aliens and conspiracy theories before we had to go our separate ways. That brief talk just gave me a little glimpse into what he was all about and got me to start listening to his podcast among other things. One day I stumbled upon him talking about floating on one of his podcasts.
At the time I wasn’t really into floating, I had been a couple times previously but didn’t really take it too seriously. After listening to Joe describe his experience and what he got out of it, it not only got me to want to try it again but I also entered the tank with a whole new perspective.
Let me tell you it changed my life.
Thanks Joe for all that you do and by getting so many people into floating you’re making the world a better place!
