Enter into the new Elemental Immersion space and be greeted by our host who will be leading the group and answer all of your questions regarding the experience while sharing with you the benefits of why short-term exposure to high heat and cold is exactly what your health routine and lifestyle has been missing. Grab a seat in one of our zero-gravity seats or our oversized bean bags as everyone introduces themselves to break the ice (pun intended)!

After introductions and an explanation of how the session will flow you will step into our newest Finnish + Infrared sauna (which reaches heats as high at 190F!!) and allow your body to relax into a state of deep comfort. Bask in the heat surrounded by good company as you share stories and experiences all while detoxing the body, and de-stressing the mind. When the time is right, the host will let you know to come on out and to prepare for the ice bath.

Take a meditative shower after the sauna to wash away the toxins as you prepare yourself for the ice bath. The host will help center your mind and body as you slowly step into the tub.  As you lower yourself into the water your body will tell you to get out but the host will guide you along and will be right there by your side encouraging you to stay. After the first 30 seconds you will regain control of your breath and your body will settle into the sensation. The host will continue to be by your side sharing with you what is taking place in your body and all the benefits that come with that. The host will also have tools such as instruments and essential oils to assist you in this experience. When you are ready you will slowly rise up and step out of the tub feeling a sense of fulfillment, joy, and empowerment like none other. Take a moment to stand in this connection to your true power.  Then dry yourself off and return to one of the zero-gravity chairs and relax as this feeling continues to course through your body.
